View trust connections and ambassadors

Purpose

The community graph maps how people are connected. This guide shows you how to view relationships and trust connections between people, and how to review ambassador activity so you can strengthen the community's reach.

Who this is for

This guide is for coordinators and support workers who want to understand how people in the community are connected.

What you need

• Access to the community graph.
• People records for the people involved.
• Permission to view relationships and trust connections.

What you will do

1. Open the community graph.
2. View a person's relationships.
3. Review trust connections.
4. Look at ambassador activity.
5. Use the information for planning.

Instructions

To view a person's relationships:

1. Open the community graph.
2. Select a person in the Person list.
3. Review the relationships linked to that person.
4. Check the relationship type and the dates it was active.
5. Select a relationship to see the person or organisation it links to.

To review trust connections:

1. Open the community graph.
2. Select Trust connections.
3. Review the connections between people.
4. Check the trust level, such as Low, Medium, High, or Vouched.
5. Note connections that may support new member invitations.

To review ambassador activity:

1. Open the community graph.
2. Select Ambassadors.
3. Review each ambassador's invite count and new attendee count.
4. Check their organization connections and trust score.
5. Note which ambassadors are most active.

What happens next

You can see who is well connected and who is new. Trust connections show people who can vouch for others. Ambassador activity shows who is helping the community grow. You can use this to welcome new members and encourage trusted introductions.
