Open the reports dashboard and read the health, funding, attendance, engagement, and marketing reports.

Purpose
Reports show how the community is doing. This guide shows you how to open each report, understand what it measures, and use the numbers to make decisions.
Who this is for
This guide is for trustees, coordinators, and administrators who need a picture of the community's activity and wellbeing.
What you need
- Access to the Reporting Dashboard.
- A report period you want to review.
- An idea of the question you are trying to answer.
What you will do
- Open the Reporting Dashboard.
- Choose a report.
- Read the report period.
- Review the numbers.
- Compare with earlier periods.
Instructions
- Open the Reporting menu from the main navigation.
- Select a report from the list, such as Health, Funding, Attendance, Engagement, or Marketing.
To review the community health report:
- Read the Period and Generated at fields.
- Review the waiting list complaints and budget issues.
- Check the accessibility concerns.
- Read the emerging trends.
To review the funding report:
- Read the People reached count.
- Check the Consultations completed count.
- Review the Volunteer hours.
- Read the Skills delivered list.
To review the attendance report:
- Read the New attendees and Returning attendees counts.
- Check the Total events.
- Compare new versus returning to see if the community is growing.
To review the engagement report:
- Read the Active members and Inactive members counts.
- Review the Most engaged people list.
- Plan follow-up for members who are inactive.
To review the marketing report:
- Read the Top campaign.
- Review the Referral sources.
- Check the Facebook effectiveness percentage.
What happens next
You have the numbers you need for decisions and reporting to the trust. You can open any report again later and compare periods to see whether the community is improving.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| A report shows no data | Check the period and confirm activity exists for that time. |
| The numbers look low | Check that events, RSVPs, and campaigns were recorded in the period. |
| You want a different period | Generate or open the report for the period you need. |
| The report is out of date | Check the Generated at field and regenerate the report. |
