What is it?
The reports are summaries of community activity and wellbeing. Each report covers a period and records when it was generated.
The reporting dashboard holds five reports:
| Report | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Community health | Waiting list complaints, budget issues, accessibility concerns, and emerging trends. |
| Funding | People reached, consultations completed, volunteer hours, and skills delivered. |
| Attendance | New attendees, returning attendees, and total events. |
| Engagement | Active members, inactive members, and the most engaged people. |
| Marketing | Top campaign, referral sources, and channel effectiveness. |
When do you use it?
You use the reports when you need to see the big picture. You use them to:
- Report to the trust on how the community is doing.
- Show funders the impact of their funding.
- Spot problems early, such as rising complaints or falling attendance.
- Compare one period with another to see what is working.
Example
The trust meets quarterly. Aroha opens the reports for the quarter. The attendance report shows new attendees are up, and the funding report shows volunteer hours are strong. The community health report flags an accessibility concern. Aroha takes that concern to the meeting so the trust can act on it.
